What structured water actually is
Water exists in three conventional states: solid, liquid, and gas. Structured water is a fourth state — still liquid, but with a distinctly different molecular organization. Instead of the disordered movement of regular liquid water, the molecules arrange themselves in a more coherent, hexagonal matrix. Dr. Gerald Pollack at the University of Washington has documented this extensively, calling it "exclusion zone" (EZ) water because it excludes solutes and particles from its ordered structure.
This more ordered structure shares properties with the biological water found inside your cells. Intracellular water is naturally structured — it's how cells maintain their integrity and facilitate biochemical processes. How SPIRO structures water
