Heart Coherence & HRV
Heart Rate Variability is one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular health. EMF exposure reduces it. SPIRO filtering, tested independently by IGEF, measurably improves it.
What EMFs do to your heart
Your heart is an electrical organ. Every beat is triggered by an electrical impulse that travels through a precise conduction pathway. The autonomic nervous system regulates the timing of those impulses, constantly adjusting heart rate in response to breathing, posture, stress, and physical demand. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measures how well this regulation is working.
Artificial electromagnetic fields interfere with this regulation. The mechanisms are documented: reduced HRV, disrupted electrophysiological activity, oxidative stress on myocardial cells, and altered electrical conduction. These disruptions can manifest as tachycardia, bradycardia, or arrhythmias. Over time, chronic EMF exposure contributes to elevated blood pressure, increased strain on the heart, and higher cardiovascular risk.
Low HRV correlates strongly with increased risk of cardiac events, reduced ability to adapt to stress, and diminished overall resilience. People with pre-existing heart conditions — heart failure, ischemic heart disease — are more vulnerable to these effects.

Less variability means less adaptive capacity. Associated with higher cardiac event risk.
Tachycardia, bradycardia, or ventricular arrhythmias from altered electrical conduction.
Damage to myocardial cells, impaired recovery, accelerated cardiac aging.
EMF exposure linked to elevated blood pressure and additional cardiac strain.
Poor sleep quality directly impacts cardiac recovery and autonomic rebalancing.
Those with heart failure or ischemic disease are more susceptible to EMF-related effects.
Restoring autonomic balance
SPIRO filtering addresses the root cause — the artificial polarization of the electromagnetic environment your heart's conduction system operates in. By repolarizing artificial EMFs within its range, SPIRO removes the interference that was suppressing HRV and disrupting autonomic regulation.
Independent IGEF (International Association for Electrosmog Research) assessments tested SPIRO across four distinct exposure scenarios: indoor Wi-Fi, outdoor cellular, combined high-frequency sources, and a baseline comparison. HRV improved measurably in all four scenarios. The IGEF granted SPIRO its quality seal based on these results — a certification that requires demonstrated positive biological effects under controlled conditions.
The IGEF assessments used standardized protocols with no SPIRO involvement in data collection or analysis. The data showed that the SPIRO field directly influences the autonomic nervous system: better parasympathetic/sympathetic balance, lower stress response, and improved cardiovascular markers.
The effect is cumulative. The longer a person spends within the SPIRO field, the stronger the HRV improvement. This is why the recommended protocol combines a personal product (Card X at chest level) with a room-level product (Disc at the bedside) — 24-hour coverage produces the strongest results.

Why this matters beyond the heart
HRV is not just a cardiac metric. It reflects the health of the entire autonomic nervous system, which regulates digestion, immune response, hormonal cycles, sleep quality, and stress recovery. When HRV improves, the ripple effects show up across every system the autonomic nervous system touches.
People who improve their HRV through SPIRO filtering report better sleep, reduced anxiety, improved concentration, and greater physical endurance. Athletes who track HRV see it directly in their training data — faster recovery between sessions, lower resting heart rate, and improved performance under load. The cardiac improvement is the mechanism; the benefits extend to the whole body.
Quality sleep is particularly affected. The heart does its deepest autonomic rebalancing during deep sleep phases. EMF exposure disrupts these phases. SPIRO filtering during sleep (Disc at the bedside, Stroom Master on the bedroom outlet) restores the conditions the heart needs for full nightly recovery.
