Returns & Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at SPIRO® Solution!

We accept returns. You can return items within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund.

1. Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You have to contact support@noxtak.com.
  • A ticket number will be assigned to you by the support team.
  • Save your ticket number if any issue occurs.
  • You must fill out our Return Request form.
  • The product must be in the exact condition that you received it.
  • The product cannot be altered, modified, damaged, scratched, colored, or bent. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

To follow up on the status of your return, write to support@noxtak.com with your ticket number.

2. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Items damaged for customer misusage.
  • Items that were delivered more than 30 days before the request. 
  • Items with a customized design.

3. Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the shipping costs.

4. Additional conditions

  • You can only attempt to return a purchased item 2 consecutive times. A third time will not be admitted.
  • Orders over $999.00 will be charged with a restocking fee. 
  • Returns are only valid if the purchase was made through www.spirosolution.com. We will not accept returns for products purchased through different websites.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that did not have a return label with a ticket number.
